      Timing is essential. During the whole process from sowing to harvesting, you have to do the right thing at the right time. You have to feel exactly what is needed. Rearing organic leek plants is a profession in itself. Despite the annual cultivation of millions of leek plants, we still improve our cultivation plans and processes every year. We therefore advise you to always buy plant material from a rearing expert who specializes in organic leek plants.<\/p>\n
