Die Natur hat uns mit einem fruchtbaren Boden gesegnet, auf dem Tausende von essbaren Pflanzenarten wachsen. Seit 1990 liegt die F\u00fchrung des Unternehmns in der Hand von Peter und Angeline Keizers. In den neunziger Jahren waren wir der erste Z\u00fcchter in Europa, der Bio-Lauchpflanzen in grossem Ma\u00dfstab anbaute.<\/p>\n In den neunziger Jahren wuchs der Ehrgeiz, vollst\u00e4ndig biologisch zu wirtschaften. 1997 wurde Keizers zum ersten Mal SKAL-zertifiziert<\/span><\/a>, und seit 2000 bauen wir zu 100% biologisch an. Der Anbau \u00f6kologischer Lauchpflanzen erfordert jedoch Fachwissen und Erfahrung. Um so viele Z\u00fcchter wie m\u00f6glich f\u00fcr die Umstellung auf den biologischen Anbau zu begeistern, sind die Qualit\u00e4t und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit der Pflanzen \u00e4u\u00dferst wichtig. Aus diesem Grund bauen wir seit 2015 nur noch \u00f6kologische Freiland-Lauchpflanzen an.
